How do I check in?
Please check in using the tablet on the ground floor. Instructions are sent approximately two days before arrival.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available nearby for one car per reservation. Please refer to the instructions sent before arrival for the location and your assigned space.
Are meals included?
Accommodation is room-only. Explore the restaurants nearby or make use of your room’s kitchenette.
Which floor is my room on?
Ciel is on the second floor and Luce is on the third floor. Rooms are accessed by stairs; the building has no elevator.
How many guests can stay?
Both Ciel and Luce accommodate up to four guests. Ciel has three small double beds and one loft bed. Luce has three small double beds and one sofa bed.
Is there Wi-Fi and a television?
Wi-Fi and internet TV are provided. Terrestrial television is not available. Please use your own account for streaming services.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Conditions vary by plan. Please check the cancellation policy shown during booking and in your confirmation email. For bookings made on a travel website, manage your reservation through that website.
